Ingredients:
- 100% Magnesium Oil
Applicaion:
- Spray Magnesium Oil onto you skin and leave to absorb for a minimum of half an hour before rinsing.
- Alternately spray onto skin just before going to bed.
Warnings:
- First time user may experience a mild tingly sensation on your skin, this may ne caused by the lack of Magnesium in your body.
- The sensation generally reduces with regular use of the magnesium Oil Spray.
- If further irritation occurs discontinue use.
- Try to avoid spraying on sensitive areas or on broken skin as this can sting, however it is not harmful.
- If you experience loose bowels, simply reduce the amount of magnesium Oil you are using until bowel motions return to normal.
